Re: G0704 Tramming. I think there is many ways to tram this import machines. They method that worked for me was to use a cylindrical square standing on the table with indicator mounted n spindle. Move the head up and down and measure if the column is tilted front to back or side to side.

It's a decent mill for the price, but with the induction motor, it's for LIGHT duty only! Anything larger they about a 1/4" end mill, or a 1" face mill is over taxing the machine.
